Obituary for Ryan Wade Booska
Ryan W. Booska, 40 years old, passed away suddenly on September 4th, 2021.
Born on May 17th, 1981 in Burlington, Vermont, Ryan was the son of Dale Ann Booska (Degree) and Wade Derwood Booska. Ryan attended Burlington High School and completed some college at CCV. He was a handyman by trade and prided himself on being able to fix anything he put his mind to.
Ryan will be remembered for his love and devotion to his family, for his sense of humor, his smile, and big bear hugs. Ryan would give you the clothes off his back, the last dollar he had, or a listening ear if it meant helping another. He had struggles, but he never let them get in the way of showing how much he cared.
Ryan is survived by his son Wyatt Booska, his mother Dale Booska, his father Wade Booska, his sister Jill Booska, his brothers Scott Booska and Shannon Booska, his sister Kristi Booska, his niece Madison Booska, his nephew Mason Booska, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. He was a godparent to Elizabeth Booska.
Ryan's memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 18th at 1:00pm, followed by visiting hours from 2:00-4:00pm. Services will be held at LaVigne Funeral Home, 132 Main Street in Winooski. Masks will be required inside the funeral home.
