Erwin R. Clark Jr. “aka” Jay
Born 11-23-1935 - passed April 12,2021
Jay died peacefully in his home with his wife Bev of 65 years at his side.
He leaves behind 5 children. Chris and his wife Diane, Sue and husband Marty, Sherry and fiancé John, Shelly and partner Ryan, and Kelly and partner Jamie.
He also is survived by 9 grandchildren. Michael, Trisha, Stephanie, Mindy, Ricky, Erica, Melissa, Nicky and Tabatha. Along with many great & great grandchildren.
Jay enjoyed spending time writing letters and collecting autographs, writing poems, watching sports, playing softball, bowling and his love for his dogs.
He was a wonderful father and loved deeply by his family.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to assist with expenses. Send to the attention of Kelly
