Swanton - Bryan Howard Spence Sr., 50, of Swanton, passed away on September 4th at his home.
Bryan was born in Burlington, to Janet (Sequin) and Donald Spence on June 11th, 1971. He went to school in Winooski and joined the military when he was 17 years old. He married Kellie Quenneville on 10/6/2013 at the Forever Young Tree House at Oakledge Park, and they have been together for 23 years total. He worked as a contractor as well as a mason for the past 30 years.
Bryan was preceded in death by, Donald Spence, Janet Sequin, his sister Sarah, daughter Kelsie,
Bryan is survived by his wife Kellie and their son Caleb, he is also survived by his children Michael, Mercedes, and Bryan Jr., his step-son Dylan Blondiet of Colchester, his sister-in-law Dina (Andie) and her husband Eric Edson of Burlington. He is also survived by his brother-in-law Luke Wells, his mother-in-law Patty Wells, as well as his grandchildren Bryce and Millie, and his nephew Kody Sanderson. He is also survived by his dogs, Sammy and Duke and Solo.
He loved to spend time with his family and friends. He loved building different things. He also enjoyed fishing and going out on the boat. He had a huge heart, infectious laugh, and would do anything for anybody. He was a truly selfless person; he just wanted to make everybody happy. He will be missed by all of the hearts he touched.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, September 12th, from 2 pm-4 pm at LaVigne Funeral Home in Winooski. There will be no funeral services held.
